2 cups skim milk
1/2 tub crystal Light lemonade mix, dry
1 large box vanilla sugar-free instant pudding, dry
1 pkg. (8-ounce) Fat-free Cool Whip
6 graham cracker squares (3-inch)
Recipe
Layer graham cracker in the bottom of an 8 x 8 baking dish. In a mixing bowl, stir pudding and lemonade powder together, then add milk and mix on low speed of hand mixer. Add three-fourths of the Fat-free Cool Whip. Pour mixture on graham crackers and top with remaining Fat-free Cool Whip. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
