1-1/2 cups flour
1-1/2 stick butter/margarine
1/2 cup chopped nuts (any kind)
2 (8 oz. pkg.) softened cream cheese
2 cups Cool Whip
3 pkg. lemon instant pudding
4-1/2 cups milk

Recipe



Preheat oven 375°
Combine first 3 ingredients, mix well
Press on bottom of 13x9 pan
Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown
Mix softened cream cheese and 2 cups Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust
In med, mixing bowl, mix together lemon pudding mix & milk
You can use a whisk to set up
When thickened, spread over cream cheese mixture
Top with remaining Cool Whip
Cover with plastic wrap, refrigerate until ready to eat
