    1 large package instant vanilla pudding
    3 cups milk
    2 11-ounce cans (21/2 cups ) mandarin orange slices, drained

    Recipe



    Combine instant pudding mix and milk following label directions.
    Pour in serving bowl; let stand until set, about 10 minutes.
    Serve over orange sections.
    Garnish with a few orange sections and a sprig of mint.
