Mini Fudge Brownies

1 cup packed light brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup real egg substitute
1/2 cup 70% vegetable Oil Spread, melted
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons pecans, finely chopped
Powdered suger Recipe
1.Mix sugars, flour, egg substitute, spread, cocoa and vanilla until well blended.
2.Spoon into 36 greased mini muffin pan cups*. Sprinkle tops with chopped nuts.
3.Bake at 350 F for 18 to 20 minutes or until done. Cool in pan on wire rack for 5 minutes. Remove from pans and cool completely on wire rack. Sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar before serving.
Brownies may be prepared in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until done.
Yield: 36 servings
