    Beat until light & thick, 1 large egg and 3/4 C sugar
    Add 1/2 C flour
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    Fold in 1 C chopped raw apples
    1/2 C broken nut meats

    Put in greased pie pan
    Bake 30 minutes at 350º
    Best served warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
