Base:
5 c sliced peaches
� c sugar
5 tbsp flour
� tsp cinnamon
Topping:
1 c flour
1 c sugar
1 tsp baking powder
� tsp nutmeg
� tsp salt
1 egg
� c melted butter
Recipe
Place peaches in 13x9 pan, sprinkle with sugar-flour-spice mixture. Stir together topping ingredients, adding the egg last (mixture should be crumbly). Sprinkle topping over sugared peaches.
Drizzle melted butter evenly over the top. Bake at 375 degrees F for 40-45 minutes.
