    1 quart vanilla ice cream
    1 (6-oz) pkg. peach Jell-O
    1 (16-oz) sliced peaches, drained

    Dissolve Jell-O into 2 cups very boiling water
    Add ice cream and stir until completely dissolved
    When slightly thickened, add peaches and return to refrigerator
