Peanut Butter Mousse

1 cup smooth peanut butter
6 fl oz manufacturing cream
4 oz powdered sugar


Step 1: Mix peanut butter and powdered sugar together in mixer. Slowly add the cream. Turn to medium spread and mix until light in color.

1/2 sheet Devils food cake
20 fl. oz Peanut butter mousse

Step 2: Cut cake into 2 inch rings, then layer 3 layers of cake and 2 layers of mousse. Refrigerate to set.

1 ea Peanut butter mousse assembled
1 1/2 tbl candied Peanuts
1 fl oz chocolate ganache
1 1/2 fl oz Banana gelato

Step 3: Cut one side of the assembled mousse to form a flat surface. Stand on side of the plate. Place the sauce on the plate. Garnish with gelato and candied peanuts.
