    1/3 cup sugar
    4 1/2 teas cornstarch
    1/4 teas salt
    1 1/2 cups milk
    1/2 cup Half & Half Cream
    1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
    1 teas vanilla
    whipped cream, optional

    Recipe



    In saucepan, mix sugar, cornstarch & salt
    Slowly stir in milk & half and half
    Bring to boil over medium heat
    Cook & stir for 2 minutes
    Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth
    Pour into serving dishes & chill
    Garnish with whipped cream
