3 cups cooked instant white rice use 2 cups water 1 cup coconut milk to cook
1 container cool whip
1 banana
1/4 cup shredded coconut
5 maraschino cherries halved

Mix all well and chill 30 minutes

Note: A friend gave this recipe to a friend and she tried cooking the rice in 1 1/2 cups water, 1 1/4 cups coconut milk, and a 1/4 cup rum! said it was awesome...
