6 prepared barquette shells
2 cups Chocolate Ganche
1 pt. Raspberries
2 cups Chocolate whipping creamRecipe
Prepare and bake the barquette shells, allow to cool. Fill each shell with chocolate ganche. In a mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup of warm chocolate ganche and whipping cream. Whip untilyou have stiff peaks. In a piping bag with a star tip, pipe the whipping cream onto the barquette shell and garnish with raspberries.
