1 1/2 c. pretzels [coursely ground]
1/2 c.sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c.sugar
8 oz. [softened] creamed cheese
8 oz. tub [ thawed ] whipped topping
2 -- 3 oz. boxes of raspberry jello
2 c. boiling water
2 pkg. frozen raspberries
Recipe
Mix first 3 ingredience together, and press into a 9X12 pan---bake at 325 degrees for 6 minutes, let cool, { I put mine in fridge] then mix the next 2 ingredience [sugar and softened creamed cheese]until light and fluffy, then fold in cream. Spread on cooled crust. replace into fridge. *Dissolve the jello into the hot water, then add the frozen berries, stir until berries break up and jello thickens---Then spread on the cheese layer, store in refrigerator. *I've found you use a med. size bowl to mix the jello in---then add berries.
