Rice Puddin' Cometh with Raisins

List of Ingredients
3 cups rice and water
5 large eggs
2 tbs. butter
½ tbsp. vanilla
½ tsp lemon (optional)
1 c. raisins or cranraisins
1 c. sugar (to taste)
2/3 can of evaporated milk
dash of nutmeg
Recipe
Follow directions for minute rice or long grain, if you prefer, then add all other ingredients, (milk and nutmeg last), in a 2 qt. Baking dish. Mix well. Add evaporated milk. Once settled in the baking dish, add nutmeg on the top.
Set oven at 375 degrees and bake until there is just a slight movement.
