    Use grape, cherry, raspberry, strawberry, peaches or other fruit juice flavors.


    List of Ingredients




    1-1/2 cups fruit juice, your choice
    1 cup water
    3 tablespoons quick tapioca
    Vanilla sauce:
    1 egg
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 cups milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 tablespoon cornstarch

    Recipe



    Heat fruit juice and water; add tapioca and sugar. Boil for 3 minutes. Place in bowl or 9X5-inch loaf pan and chill. Cut in squares or ladle to serve. To make vanilla sauce: Beat egg and sugar. Add milk, vanilla and cornstarch. Cook for 5 minutes until thickened. Chill. To serve, ladle on top of tapioca pudding.
