List of Ingredients




Brownie Layer

Mix up a small batch of your favorite brownies. (Can use pre-mix).
Prepare batter & preheat oven to 350
Line & grease 12x1/2" pizza pan with foil (to lift brownie from pan after cooking).
Bake brownies.

Topping Layer

1 pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
**assorted sliced fruit
*chocolate sauce (to drizzle) I use liquid Nestle Quick

Recipe



Mix cream cheese,1/4 cup sugar 1 egg and 1/2 tsp vanilla in same bowl until well blended.
Pour over baked brownie crust.
Bake 10 minutes longer or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out with fudgy crumbs. Do not Overbake!
Cool in pan; peel off foil
Place brownie pizza on serving platter.
Arrange fruit over cream cheese layer.(**I use 3 kiwis about 10 strawberries, 1 banana and alternate layers of sliced fruit)
Drizzle top with with chocolate sauce of your choice.


Note: If you want to serve this in the same pan just omit the foil
