16 ounces fresh strawberries, sliced
1-1/2 cups water
Small box sugar-free strawberry flavored gelatin
1 cup heavy whipping cream
3/4 cup granular Splenda

Recipe



Divide the sliced strawberries among six dessert dishes. Mix strawberry gelatin and hot water. Stir until dissolved, then pour over berries. Refrigerate until firm. At serving time, whip cream with granular Splenda and vanilla extract. Serve immediately over the top of the strawberry gelatin. Serves six.
