Teacup Brownies

1 pkg. brownie mix
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. half-and-half
Ice cream, any flavor

Spray large cafe´ au lait with nonstick cooking spray. Prepare the brownie mix according to the package directions, but do not bake. Place 1 scoop of the prepared brownie mix in each of the prepared cups using a 4-oz. ice cream scoop.
To serve, microwave the chocolate chips with the half-and-half in a bowl until melted. Microwave the teacup brownies, 1 cup at a time, for 60 to 90 seconds. Mixture should be moist and soft; do not overcook.
Drizzle the chocolate fudge sauce around the rims of individual plates. Place the teacup brownies in the center of each plate, and top with a scoop of ice cream and the chocolate fudge sauce. Dust the edges of the plates with confectioners' sugar, and garnish with fresh mint.
