List of Ingredients




1 pound Velveeta
1 pound Margarine
1 cup Cocoa
4 pounds Confectioner's Sugar
3 cups Chopped Nuts
1 tablespoon Vanilla

Melt cheese and margarine over low heat. Sift cocoa and sugar. Then mix with margarine and cheese,preferably with your hands but you may have to start with a wooden spoon if it's too hot to handle at first. Add nuts and vanilla. Spread mixture in 2 large 9x13 inch pans that have been sprayed with cooking oil. Refrigerate until cool. Cut into small pieces.
