    2 16 oz cans crushed and drained and save juice pineapple
    1 1/2 cups black raspberry jello powder
    4 cups fresh or frozen Blueberries
    2 1/4 cups water
    2/3 cups sugar
    3 Tbsp corn starch
    2/3 cups water
    water (mixed with saved pineapple juice to equal 2 cups)

    Cook blueberries with 2 1/4 cups water add 2/3 cups sugar to sweeten. In small mixing bowl mix 2/3 cup water and corn starch. Add to boiling mixture along with crushed pineapple. Mix jello with 1 cup boiling water, stir until dissolved. Add pineapple juice mixed with water to make 2 cups. Add to thickened fruit. Cool and refrigerate until firm. Serve it topped with whipped cream or sour cream.
