1 cup milk
3/4 cup whipping cream
1 cup sugar
Grated rind from 2 limes
3/4 cup lime juice

Mix the milk, cream and sugar together until sugar is mostly dissolved. Add the next 2 ingredients. Pour into ice cream maker and churn until it reaches the proper consistency.
