"As the Cookie Crumbs" Parfaits

Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt
Cookie Crumbs (we use homemade chocolate chip ones)
Fruit of the Season (blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, apples,
peaches etc.), chopped or cubed
Instructions:
In parfait glasses layer 2 Tablespoons of each beginning with the yogurt, then 2 Tbls cookie crumbs, then 2 Tbls fruit etc.
Repeat until you have reached the top of the parfait glass.
Garnish with sprig of fresh mint or fresh cut flower.
