1 cup flour
1/2 cup melted oleo or butter
1/2 cup chopped Pecans
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup Cool Whip
1 cup powdered sugar
3 cups milk
2 3oz. Pkgs instant chocolate pudding
Mix together flour, oleo and pecans like a pecan crust and pat in 9x13 pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350. Cool on wire rack. Beat cream cheese, cool whip, and powdered sugar together with mixer. Spread on top of crust. Beat together pudding and milk. Let set for a while and pour over cream mixture. Let set until thick. Top with remaining cool whip. Sprinkle with chopped nuts, shaved chocolate, or crushed candy bars (like Butterfingers or Skor). Keep refrigerated. Nuts in crust is optional.
