A Very Quick Dessert for Pop-ins

2 loaves of angelfood cake
1 large box Instant Jell-O
1 cup milk
16 oz sour cream
1 can pie filling, flavor of your choiceRecipe
Tear the angelfood cake into small bitesize pieces and fill bottom of 9 x 13 cake pan, filling in as many holes as possible. Whisk Jell-O with milk until it begins to thicken, then slowly add sour cream and whisk together. Pour cover angelfood cake and spread evenly. Pour pie filling (I use cherry) over Jell-O and spread evenly.
Takes approximately 15 minutes, and never fails to win rave reviews.
