Ann Thomas' Mint Brownies

List of Ingredients
First Layer
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs
1 16 oz can hersheys syrup
Second Layer
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. softened butter
1 T. water
1/2 t. mint extract
3-6 drops green food coloring
Third Layer
6 T. butter
1 c. chocolate chips
Recipe
Mix all ingredients for first layer until well moistened. Bake in a 13X9 well greased pan for 25-30 min. Let cool completely. Cream together all ingredients for second layer. Pour mint mixture over first layer and let cool completely. Melt ingredients for third layer over low heat. Pour chocolate mixture over mint layer and cool in refrigerator until well set.
