1 c rolled oats
1/2 c brown sugar
4 T butter, melted
1 (21 oz) can apple pit filling
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 qt. vanilla ice cream


Recipe



Combine oats, sugar, and butter. Place in 8x8x2' baking pan. Bake 350° for 10 minutes. Cool and crumble.

Mix pie filling and cinnamon; divide mixture among 8 parfait glasses. Top with softened ice cream and the crumbled oat mixture.
