    1/2 lb. medium egg noodles
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs, well beaten
    6 T. melted butter
    3/4 c. milk
    1 1/4 c. apricot nectar
    1 lb. apricots, poached, or 1 (15 oz. can apricot halves, drained)

    Topping
    3 c. crushed corn flakes
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 t. cinnamon
    6 T. melted butter

    Recipe



    Cook noodles according to package, drain and return to cooking pan or large bowl. Set aside. In separate bowl, blend the cream cheese and sugar together. Add beaten eggs and stir well. Add 6 T. melted butter, milk and apricot nectar. Pour mixture over noodles in cooking pot and mix well. Pour mixture into greased 9x13 inch baking dish, and top with apricot halves. Mix together the corn flakes, sugar, and cinnamon and sprinkle over noodle mixture. Drizzle with butter. Bake at 350 for 50 to 60 min. Do not overbake!
