    � c. flour
    � t. baking soda
    � c. sugar
    1/3 c. margarine
    2 T. water
    � bag chocolate chips (minis are great0
    1 t. vanilla
    2 eggs
    � c. pecans


    Recipe



    Melt sugar, margarine, water, vanilla and � of the chocolate chips together.

    Add all other ingredients and bake for 30 � 35 minutes in a 325� oven.
