2 bananas
½ cup packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. orange juice
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 Tbsp. Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum
4 slices banana bread
Vanilla ice cream



Recipe



Peel bananas; halve crosswise, then lengthwise. In a medium skillet add quartered banana, brown sugar, butter, orange juice, and cinnamon. Cook over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes or until banana is heated through. In a small saucepan heat rum until it almost simmers. (If desired, pour into a large ladle.) Carefully ignite rum and pour over bananas. Pour topping over slices of banana bread; serve with ice cream. Makes 2 servings.
