Blond Brownies with Choco Chip Drizzle

2 cups packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup Fat & Egg Substitute
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups whole-wheat pastry flour
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup each semisweet chocolate chips, peanut butter chips and white chocolate chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 151/2-inch by 101/2-inch jelly roll pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, Wonderslim, eggs and vanilla; beat until smooth. Add flour and salt, beating just until blended; stir in semisweet chocolate, peanut butter and white chocolate chips. Spread batter into prepared pan.
Bake approximately 25 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars. With tines of fork, drizzle Chocolate Chip Drizzle randomly over bars
Chocolate Chip Drizzle
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 teaspoon shortening (do not use butter, margarine or oil)
Place chips and shortening into a small, microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave on high 30 seconds to 1 minute. Stir until chips are melted and mixture is smooth.
