Brownie Burgers

Yield about 12 burgers
Substitute your favorite ice cream for vanilla if you like.
Nonstick cooking spray
4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
2 1/2 tbs butter
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/8 cups chocolate syrup
3/4 cups plus 1 tbs unbleached flour
2 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
Recipe
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a 9 by 13 pan with aluminum foil and coat with cooking spray.
Melt the chocolate and butter in a small saucepan over low heat, set aside.
In large bowl, beat eggs vanilla salt baking powder and sugar at high speed for 10 minutes.
On low speed add the chocolate butter mixture to the egg mixture, beat until just mixed. Add the flour and beat on low speed until just mixed.
Pour into pan and smooth top.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes until top has firm lightly browned crust, a toothpick inserted in the center should come out slightly wet. Take from oven let cool. Lift off foil lay pan on flat surface. Cut rounds with a 3 inch round cookie cutter or an inverted glass.
Cut each round in half Spread 1 tablespoon of hot fudge on one circle 1/4 to 1/3 cup ice cream on other press halves together.
