Crust:
2 cups flour
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup margarine
Melt margarine. Add remaining ingredients. Mix and pat on large cookie sheet. Bake and crumble while hot. Spread 1/2 of crumbled mixture in a 9x13 pan.
Filling:
1 jar caramel or chocolate sauce
1 pint ice cream (butterscotch ripple)
Layer caramel and ice cream. Top with remaining crumbs and drizzle with caramel. Freeze.
