    1 pkg. chocolate fudge-flavored sugar-free instant pudding mix (4-serving)
    1-1/2 cup cold cooked rice
    6 sprigs mint leaves (optional)

    Recipe



    Prepare pudding as directed on package. Chill to completely set

    Fold in cooked rice. Spoon into six dessert glasses. Refrigerate to keep cold

    Just before serving, garnish with mint leaves.
