Chocolate Liqueur Cream (Pudding)

4 eggs, separated
1/2 cup sugar
4 ounces chocolate, melted
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 Tbsp. cream de cacao
4 Tbsp. Tia maria
Recipe
Beat eggs yolks well, and add 4 Tbsp. of sugar. Beat until light and creamy
Beat in chocolate, and then the cream. Cook over hot water, stirring while the mixture cooks, until it thickens. Cool slightly
Whip egg whites until they are stiff, and then beat in the other 4 Tbsp. of sugar. Fold this meringue carefully into chocolate mixture. Now fold in the liqueurs. Place the liqueur cream pudding in refrigerator to chill
To serve, spoon into parfait glasses, decorate with swirls of whipped cream.
