1 6-oz pkg orange Jell-O
2 1/2 cups boiling water
2 11-oz can mandarin oranges, drained
1 8-oz can crushed pineapple with juice
1 6-oz can frozen orange juice concentrate

Topping

1 8-oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup cold milk
1 3-oz pkg instant vanilla pudding mix


Recipe



Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Stir in oranges, pineapple & OJ concentrate.

Coat 9x13 dish with cooking spray. Pour in Jell-O mixture.

In another bowl, beat cream cheese till fluffy. Gradually add in milk & pudding mix. Spread over Jell-O layer.

Refrigerate till firm.
