1 pkg. (3-oz) each orange, cherry and lime Jell-O
4 Cups boiling water
1-1/2 Cups cold water
1 pkg. (3-oz) lemon Jell-O
1/4 Cup sugar
1/2 Cup pineapple juice
2 Cups whipping cream
2 graham cracker pie crusts Recipe
Prepare 3 flavors of gelatin separately, using 1 Cup boiling water and 1/2 Cup cold water for each
Pour each flavor into an 8" square pan; chill overnight
Combine lemon Jell-O, sugar and remaining 1 Cup boiling water. Stir in pineapple juice; chill until slightly thickened
Cut firm gelatin into 1/2" cubes
Whip cream, blend with the lemon Jell-O
Fold in Jell-O cubes; pour into 2 pie crusts
Chill at least 5 hours or overnight
