1/2 cup Grape Nuts
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter or margarine
1 (3-3/4 oz.) package instant lemon pudding mix
1 cup cottage cheese
2 cup milk



Recipe



Combine Grape Nuts, brown sugar and butter in mixing bowl; set aside. Combine pudding mix and cottage cheese, stirring until well blended. Add milk, stirring for about 1 minute or until thickened. Place alternate layers of pudding and Grape Nuts mixture in serving dish or individual dishes. Chill.
