List of Ingredients




4 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 cups oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 cups flour
2 cups zucchini, grated
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup nuts, chopped
2 tablespoons margarine
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 (3oz) packagers cream chees
2 cups powdered sugar


Recipe



Mix together eggs, sugar and oil. Add salt soda, cinnamon, flour, zucchini, vanilla and nuts. Pour into a greased sheet cake pan. Bake at 350°F oven for 30 to 40 minutes. To prepare frosting beat together margarine, vanilla, cream cheese and powdered sugar. Spread on cooled cake then cut into squares.

Notes: This freezes good.
