    Easy Apple Butterscotch Tart

    Pastry for double crust pie (9 inch)
    2 cans Comstock, Thank-You or Wilderness apple fruit filling
    1/2 cup butterscotch flavored ice cream topping
    1/2 cup pecan halves

    Recipe



    Place 1 pastry crust on greased baking sheet
    Cover with fruit filling to 1 inch of edge
    Place second crust over filling
    Fold edge of bottom pastry up over top of pastry; press together & seal
    Cut several small slits in top crust to vent
    Bake at 425° for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown
    Let stand 15 minutes
    Transfer to serving plate
    Top with butterscotch topping and pecans
    Serve warm
    Yield: 6 to 8 servings
