1 c heavy cream
1/4 c sugar
1 1/2 T lemon juice
1/8 tsp salt
3/4 c grated, unpeeled apples
Recipe
Whip cream until stiff.
Fold in rest of ingredients.
Pour into a 9x5x3" loaf pan.
Cover with foil.
Freeze until solid.
Spoon into sherbet glasses to serve.
