    24 gingersnaps
    Strawberry ice cream

    Put about a tablespoon of strawberry ice cream onto each of a dozen gingersnaps, and top with the remaining dozen gingersnaps. Freeze in an airtight container until ready to serve. Makes 12 ice cream sandwiches, enough for 3 to 4 people.
