2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 8 oz. can sliced peaches, drained, reserving liquid
1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained, reserving liquid
2 Tbsp. rum or orange juice
2 Tbsp. golden raisins
Vanilla ice cream
2 Tbsp. toasted coconut


Recipe



In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, cornstarach and allspice. Stir in reserved peach liquid, pineapple liquid and rum or orange juice. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Stir in peaches, pineapple and raisins. Spoon warm sauce over ice cream; sprinkle with toasted coconut. 6-8 servings. This is so easy and so good.
