Hawaiian Chocolate Brownies

2 1/2 cups of sugar
1 1/2 cups butter
5 oz. bitter dark chocolate
2 cups sifted flour
6 eggs
1 cup macadamia nuts, hazelnuts, or almonds
Preheat oven to 350 Line a 15" X 15" baking pan with
parchment paper. Combine sugar, butter and chocolate
over heat until melted. Blend in flour, eggs, and nuts. Bake
for 30 minutes. Let cool.
Fudge Icing:
1 cup heavy cream
12 oz. dark chocolate
Heat cream, stir in chocolate until mixture is smooth. Spread over cooled browniesRecipe
