1 pint (16 Oz. whip creme)
1 20-oz. well drained crushed pineapple
1 10 1/2 oz. of regular miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup of sugar (white)
1 tsp vanilla extract (or real)
3/4 cups of nuts (finely chopped) either walnuts, pecans or almonds will do
Recipe
In a medium bowl add the whip creme and sugar. Beat on high speed with a mixer until soft peaks form. Add the vanilla and continue beating until stiff peaks form
Add the well drained pineapple and nuts and marshmallows. Carefully fold into the whipped creme mixture until well coated.
Put in the refrigerator to get well chilled. Serve when ready
