    3/4 c finely chopped butterscotch chips
    3/4 c milk
    2 c biscuit mix
    1/4 c oil
    1 c sour cream
    1 (13 oz) can crushed pineapple well drained

    Recipe



    Stir 1/4 c chips into biscuit mix.

    Combine milk, oil and add to dry mixture. Stir just till moistened.

    Put batter into 8 greased muffin cups.

    Bake 350° for 10-12 mins.

    Split shortcakes while still warm. Spread bottom halves with sour cream; spoon on pineapple, sprinkle with butterscotch chips. Add tops and repeat layering.
