    3/4 c butter
    1 c flour
    2 T sugar
    1/4 c finely chopped walnuts
    16 oz cream cheese (room temp.)
    1-1/2 cup powdered sugar
    1-1/2 cup Cool Whip (buy 16 oz.)
    2 pkg. instant lemon pudding
    3 c milk
    Cool Whip
    Chopped walnuts

    Recipe



    Mix together first 4 ingredients
    Press into 13 X 9" pan
    Bake at 350' for 15 minutes, then cool
    Mix next 3 ingredients until smooth
    Spread on top of cooled crust
    Mix pudding and milk together; let set 2-3 minutes
    Spread over cream cheese mixture
    Cover top of pudding with Cool
    Whip and sprinkle top with nuts
    Chill

    Serves 12-15
