1 1/2 cups crushed Ritz crackers
4 Tblsps.sugar
7 Tblsps. melted margarine
2 quarts vanilla ice cream
1 quart lemon or lime sherbet
Recipe
Mix first 3 ingredients until crumbly & press into a 9x13 inch pan.
Mix ice cream & sherbet until soft & spread over crumbs; freeze.
TOPPING:
4 Tblps. lemon juice or 3 Tblsp. ReaLemon
1 cup sugar
6 Tblsp. margarine
2 beaten eggs
Mix & cook over low heat until dissolved & thick; cool; then spread over frozen ice cream & freeze. Cut into squares.
