1 Tbsp unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup sugar
dash salt
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup water
1 (6-oz) can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 (14-oz) can evaporated milk, chilled icy cold and whipped
yellow food coloring
1 (10") angel food cake Recipe
Mix gelatin, sugar & salt
Add eggs & water
Cook & stir until gelatin dissolves and mixture thickens slightly; remove from heat
Stir in lemonade
Chill till partially set
Fold into whipped milk
Add a few drops food coloring
Tear cake into bite size pieces
Cover bottom of 10" tube pan with thin layer of gelatin mixture
Arrange 1/3 of cake on top
Pour 1/3 of remaining gelatin over
Repeat layers
Chill till firm
Unmold
Makes 12 servings
