    1 cup cream, whipped
    1 cup Macaroon cookie crumbs
    1 cup pineapple chunks
    1 cup marshmallows, chopped up
    1 cup dates, chopped
    1 cup slivered almonds, if desired

    Recipe



    If macaroons are too soft to crumble, toast in a slow oven
    Combine the crumbs with the pineapple, dates and marshmallow pieces
    Add almonds if desired
    Whip cream until stiff
    Fold in the other ingredients
    Chill thoroughly before serving
