Marble Cheesecake Bars

2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs (about 60 wafers)
1/3 cup Hershey's cocoa
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
3 (8-ounce) packages of cream cheese
14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk)
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 squares (2 ounces) Hershey's unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Combine crumbs, cocoa, sugar and butter. Press firmly on bottom of a 13-by-9-inch baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Pour half the batter evenly over the prepared crust. Stir melted chocolate into the remaining batter. Spoon over the vanilla batter. With a table knife or spatula GENTLY swirl through the batter to marble.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until set. Cool. Chill. Cut into bars. Store covered in refrigerator. These also can be frozen.
Baker's note: The total amount of batter is 6 cups.
