    2 (3 oz) pkgs. orange Jell-O
    2 c boiling water
    1 c cold water
    1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese
    2 med. apples, chopped
    1/2 c chopped nuts
    lettuce

    Recipe



    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water, add cold water. Add to cream cheese, mixing well until blended.

    Chill till partially set. Fold in apples and nuts.

    Pour into 8" square baking dish. Chill until firm.

    Cut into squares and place on lettuce leaf

    6 servings
